Clouds build up in an azure sky
Thunderstorms threaten but soon pass by
A cool breeze reminds us it’s still late spring
But the warmth of summer is on the wing.
Spring can pass too quickly for some
Or too slowly when waiting for summer to come
A season when all kinds of weather appear
Including the worst winter storm of the year.
Spring takes over when winter is through
To relinquish its hold when summer is due.
